But I didn't stop there. In June 2022, I took things to another level and embraced a raw food diet. I completely stopped eating cooked foods. The results were astonishing. Within a year, I went from a size 12 to a size 4-6. When I saw my doctor in early 2023, she was speechless. My BMI was perfect, exactly where it needed to be. Even she admitted that she wanted to follow my lead.
