Cynthia is a plant food enthusiast, living a plant-based lifestyle since 2019.
She is a sought-after preacher and speaker both nationally and internationally and a frequent podcast guest, and is known for her candidness, transparency, and high energy!
Cynthia was featured in Exposure Magazine’s 2021 Issue, ‘You Need To Know Her’, and the September 2022 issue of Go Solo Magazine.
She co-authored the best selling book, ‘I’m Still Standing’ which was released in January 2021.
Her inaugural solo literary project, ‘Crazy Didn’t Get Me: Preparation for My Destiny,’ is scheduled for release in Summer 2023!
Cynthia obtained her coaching certification through Coaches with Clients-Future Force Inc.
She is a member of NAMI: National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Cynthia is the host of HoWELL ARE YOU - The Talk Show, and is dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding mental illness one show at a time.
Cynthia’s mantra is, “I’m Not Keeping Quiet Anymore,” from which she has created a T-shirt line.
She is an active member of the New Jacob’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Central Florida, under the leadership of Pastor Darryl A. Church, where she serves as an Associate Minister, on the Praise Team, and as the First Friends Ministry leader.
